Privacy policy

Vajb Agency builds and looks after websites for local service businesses. This page describes what personal data we collect when you visit vajbagency.com or contact us, why we do it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible?

Vajb Agency is operated by Vibe Studios AB, Swedish company registration number 559529-2797, which is the data controller for the processing described here. If you have questions about how we handle your data, reach us at info@vajbagency.com.

What data we collect

When you fill in the form

The form on the site only asks for your email address and, if you like, the address of your current website. The details are sent to our inbox and used so that we can get in touch with you by email and collect what we need to build a website.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We keep the details for as long as the dialogue is ongoing and at most twelve months after the last contact if no collaboration follows. If you become a customer, the details are kept for as long as the agreement runs and thereafter for as long as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires.

When you email us

If you email us, your name, your email address and the content of the email are stored in our email and ticketing system so that we can reply and follow up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to answer questions and handle customer requests.

When you visit the site

Our hosting at Cloudflare logs technical details such as IP address, browser and the time of the request. The logs are used for operations and security, for example to stop attacks, and are kept for a short time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website.

If you accept cookies for web analytics, we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, for how long and from what kind of device. The statistics are aggregated and we do not use them to identify individual visitors or for advertising. The legal basis is your consent, which you give or decline in the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use two kinds:

• Necessary cookies are needed for the site to work and to remember the choice you made about cookies. They are always set.
• Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics only if you have accepted them. They are used to tell visits apart in the statistics and are kept for at most two years.

You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link at the bottom of the site, or by deleting the cookies in your browser.

Who we share data with

We never sell personal data. We use a few providers that process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:

• Cloudflare for hosting and security.
• Google for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, if you have accepted analytics cookies.
• Our provider of email and ticketing.

Some of the providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. When that happens it is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and receive a copy,
• have incorrect data corrected,
• have data deleted when it is no longer needed,
• request that processing is restricted or object to it,
• receive the data you have provided in a machine-readable format,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that has already taken place.

Our customers' websites

This policy applies to vajbagency.com. Websites we build for our customers have their own privacy policies, where the customer is the data controller and Vibe Studios AB is the data processor.

Changes

If we change how we process personal data, we update this page and the date at the top. For larger changes that affect you as a customer, we get in touch by email.
